Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of tickbit (https://tickbit.in), operated by Affiniq. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the tickbit web application. "User" refers to any individual who creates an account. "Organization" refers to the team created upon registration. "Content" refers to all data entered by Users including time entries, projects, customers, and invoices.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activities under your account. You must verify your email address before accessing the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use tickbit.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use tickbit for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts, interfere with or disrupt the service, upload malicious code, use the service to send spam or phishing attempts, resell or redistribute the service without written consent, or scrape or crawl the service using automated means beyond the intended API.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

tickbit offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Plan features and pricing are displayed on our billing page and may change with prior notice. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly per user. Payments are processed through Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled.

5. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases of technical errors, double charges, or extended service outages (more than 72 continuous hours) due to reasons within our control. 6. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all Content you create on tickbit. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your Content. We grant ourselves a limited license to host, store, and process your Content solely to provide the service. We will not access or share your Content except to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or enforce our Terms. Upon account deletion, all Content is permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime or interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, tickbit and Affiniq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements. Upon termination, data deletion follows our Privacy Policy timeline.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time with at least 15 days notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
