Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid subscription plans on tickbit (https://tickbit.in), operated by Affiniq.

1. Free Plan

tickbit offers a free plan with no payment required. The free plan has no billing, no charges, and no refund implications.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans (Starter, Professional, Business) are billed monthly per user in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed through Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from the Billing page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account downgrades to the free plan. Your data is preserved but features beyond free plan limits are restricted. No partial refunds are issued for remaining days in the billing period.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not available, as we offer a free plan to evaluate the service before upgrading. However, refunds may be considered for:

Technical Error: You were charged due to a system error, duplicate payment, or payment processing malfunction. Service Failure: tickbit was completely unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours due to issues within our control. Unauthorized Charge: A charge was made without your authorization due to a security breach on our platform.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at affiniq@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge with your registered email address, date and amount of the charge, reason for the request, and any supporting evidence. We will respond within 3 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. UPI payments: 3-5 business days. Card payments: 5-10 business days. Net banking: 7-10 business days.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for voluntary cancellation (you have access until period ends), plan downgrades, failure to cancel before renewal, dissatisfaction with clearly described features, account suspension due to Terms violations, or partial months of usage.

8. Plan Changes

When upgrading, remaining credit from your current plan is applied toward the new plan. When downgrading, the lower rate takes effect at the next billing period.
